Fenova is an AI financial assistant for UK freelancers and small businesses. It helps users upload financial data, categorise transactions, and generate summaries.
The service is provided for business support and information purposes only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- All activity under your account
- Providing accurate and current account information
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break any law or regulation
- Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data
- Upload malware or harmful code
- Interfere with service operation or security
- Reverse engineer or misuse the service
- Use automated scraping or abusive bot traffic
4. User content and data
You retain ownership of data you upload to Fenova.
You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and use your data as needed to operate and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process the data you submit.
5. AI features and limitations
Fenova uses third-party AI providers to support categorisation and summaries.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
6. Fees and billing
If paid plans are offered:
- Fees are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period
- We may change pricing with reasonable notice
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers such as Stripe.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
8. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in Fenova (excluding your data) belong to us or our licensors.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service in line with these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability for all claims arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim, or GBP 1,000, whichever is lower
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fenova from claims, losses, liabilities, and costs arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Your uploaded content
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable law or third-party rights
12. Termination
You may stop using Fenova at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, created legal risk, or threatened service security.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Pakistan have jurisdiction over disputes, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
